There are strange things happening in this town – sightings of things out of the ordinary. Just a week or two ago, I spotted this police box (AKA TARDIS). As ‘those-in-the-know’ will understand, where there’s a police box, there’s The Doctor.

An ancient Stargate has been discovered atop Launceston’s Paterson Street East Car Park. Since this building is a twentieth-century structure, I can only conclude that the Stargate was found elsewhere by Tasmania’s early settlers and moved to the roof of the car park when it was constructed in 1981. Now, if only we could find the DHD.

Finally, it seems that a few years ago I was seen to be performing a Vulcan Mind Meld with a very colourful cow. Personally I think this is just noncense. I’m human – really. Just look at my surgically rounded ears.
